Hannah Flanagan-Flores joined VMA in June 2016 as an outreach associate, assisting the firm’s infrastructure development team with public outreach for the California High-Speed Rail Authority.
Having worked for both private corporations and organizations in the public sector, Hannah prides herself on her experience in community outreach, training development, business management as well as research and analysis.
For more than 10 years, she served as an operations manager at a custom software design consulting company, ArchonWest Technologies Inc., where she handled business development, strategic planning, and client relations.
Hannah has also worked as a public affairs assistant for the Lee Andrews Group, Inc., assisting with efforts on numerous large-scale public projects. As assistant training director for Eagle Picher Industries, she helped develop the first training department for the largest employer in Joplin, Missouri.
As a parent, Hannah has been deeply involved in the Bellflower Unified School District, where she has served as PTA President, chairperson of the Citizens Oversight Committee for a school bond measure and legislation director for the Bellflower Council of Parents and Teachers Association.
Hannah has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Cal State University, Los Angeles with a minor in Law and Society and graduated Summa Cum Laude as one of the top 25 students in her class.
