Before joining VMA, Aleks served as Operations and Project Manager for a construction and development company and previously worked as an Office Manager – honing her expertise in financial planning, contract and vendor management, and team collaboration.

Aleks thrives in a team-oriented environment and enjoys taking on diverse responsibilities. At VMA, she loves working in a tight-knit, woman-owned organization and ensures the firm’s internal operations and financial processes run smoothly. Her work includes overseeing vendor management, full-cycle accounts receivable, supporting day-to-day operations, handling general accounting, and serving as the firm’s subject matter expert on the company’s ERP system.

Born in Macedonia, Aleks moved to the United States at age 13 and learned English as a second language – an experience that shaped her resilience and adaptability. She earned her Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Irvine Valley College and is currently pursuing a certificate in Project Management at UCLA.

In her free time, Aleks loves being outdoors – whether hiking, relaxing at the beach, or exploring new travel destinations.
