Since joining VMA in 2018, Ernesto has been a part of the firm’s Community Engagement Team as well as its Education Team, assisting in areas such as community outreach strategies, database development, media relations and coordination, videography and content production, and writing.
Additional tasks include conducting media outreach, coordinating public events, consolidating reports, media engagement training, filming, and photography. He is also one of VMA’s bilingual (English/Spanish) team members, providing translation services and assisting any Spanish-speaking community members during public meetings and events.
A few of the clients he has done work for include the California High Speed Rail Authority, Metrolink, Metro, Kern County Council of Governments, the City of Moreno Valley, the City of Covina, the Los Angeles Country Fair, and Karma Automotive.
Ernesto earned a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies from Grand Canyon University, and enjoyed a collegiate soccer career during his time at Azusa Pacific University.
