Case Study: Hacienda La Puente Unified School District

Hacienda La Puente Unified School District (HLPUSD) proudly serves more than 31,000 students, including early childhood development and adult education learners. The District first partnered with VMA in 2019 to assist with their annual State of the District event. VMA helped plan, prepare, and present stunning visuals, including a detailed PowerPoint, talking points, and a lively showcase video highlighting the District’s growth and successes that year. In 2021, VMA began working with HLPUSD as a full-time client, providing a number of services designed to improve communication with the HLPUSD community and shine a light on the many accomplishments happening in the District.

VMA’s services include on-site photography and videography, media management, print and digital collateral, press releases, and social media with a focus on showcasing student and staff achievement and sharing important information and updates with the HLPUSD community.

The consistent information flow that VMA provides has been critical in solidifying the community’s understanding of HLPUSD’s core values and key achievements, and has strengthened the District’s relationship with its constituents, from students, families, teachers, and staff to community and business leaders and key decision-makers.
